Welcome to Brandcore. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of brandcore.pk, including all products, content, features, and services available through the website.

Throughout these Terms, “Brandcore,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Brandcore. “You,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing from us.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

By using this website, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are legally capable of entering into a purchase

• You will use the website only for lawful purposes

• You will not use Brandcore’s products or services for illegal or unauthorized activities

2. Our Online Store

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display products, manage carts, process orders, and operate our website.

Your purchase is made from Brandcore—not Shopify. Shopify may independently process certain information according to its own terms and privacy policies.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate:

• Product titles

• Photographs and videos

• Descriptions

• Specifications

• Dimensions

• Colours

• Prices

• Availability information

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches, or reasonable product variations.

Product packaging, accessories, colours, or minor design details may change without notice, provided the product’s essential purpose and advertised functionality remain materially consistent.

Customers should read the full product description, specifications, usage limitations, and care instructions before ordering.

4. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for using products according to their instructions and intended purpose.

You must:

• Follow applicable electrical and safety precautions

• Keep unsuitable products away from children

• Avoid unauthorized modification or repair

• Stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Prices

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees

• Prices may change without prior notice

• The price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is submitted

• Delivery or other applicable charges will be displayed before order completion where possible

• Promotional offers may have separate conditions and expiry dates

If an obvious pricing or system error occurs, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order. If advance payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the approved amount will be refunded.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order represents your request to purchase the selected products. It does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We may contact you by phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to:

• Verify your order

• Confirm your address

• Confirm product selection

• Check Cash on Delivery availability

• Prevent fraudulent or duplicate orders

An order may be refused or cancelled if:

• The customer has repeatedly refused previous orders

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible payment will be refunded through an available payment method.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.

Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders agree to:

• Provide an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address

• Respond to reasonable verification calls or messages

• Remain available during the expected delivery period

• Pay the confirmed order amount upon delivery

• Avoid placing duplicate, false, or intentionally refused orders

Repeated unjustified refusals or fraudulent orders may result in Cash on Delivery restrictions or a requirement for advance payment.

Transactional calls or messages concerning an order do not constitute consent to unrelated promotional marketing.

8. Online Payments

Where online payment methods are available, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Brandcore may not directly receive or store your complete card or banking credentials. Payment providers may process your information under their respective terms and privacy policies.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Once the order has been handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, the order will be governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if processing or dispatch has already occurred.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Courier operations

• Public holidays

• Weather

• Security conditions

• Remote locations

• Incorrect customer information

• Failed delivery attempts

• Events outside Brandcore’s reasonable control

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

Brandcore is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information, unavailable recipients, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance in resolving courier-related issues.

Ownership and responsibility for the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery, subject to the customer’s rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

You should inspect your order promptly after receiving it.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Brandcore within the applicable seven-day return period.

We may request:

• An unboxing video

• Photographs of the packaging

• Photographs or video of the product

• A photograph of the courier label

• Details of the reported issue

Failure to provide requested evidence may affect our ability to verify transit damage, missing parts, or an incorrect product.

12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by Brandcore’s seven-day Return and Refund Policy.

A product returned for a change of mind must generally be:

• In the same condition in which it was delivered

• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• Complete with original packaging, accessories, parts, tags, seals, and manuals

• Supported by valid proof of purchase

• Submitted for return approval within seven calendar days of delivery

13. Warranty

A warranty applies only where it is specifically stated on the relevant product page or in documentation supplied with the product.

Unless otherwise required by law, warranties do not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, electrical fluctuation, water damage, or failure to follow instructions.

The seven-day return period and any product warranty are separate processes.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• May be valid for a limited period

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• May not be combined unless expressly permitted

• May be limited to one use per customer or order

• May be withdrawn if used fraudulently or contrary to stated conditions

If an order no longer qualifies for a promotion after a return, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the remaining order’s correct value.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• It reflects your honest experience

• It is not false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or fraudulent

• You own the content or have permission to submit it

• It does not reveal another person’s private information

• It does not contain spam, malicious code, threats, or abusive material

You grant Brandcore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, format, and share submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and any permission required for identifiable advertising use.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. We will not knowingly fabricate customer reviews or materially change the meaning of genuine customer feedback.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including branding, logos, product copy, graphics, photographs, videos, design elements, and website materials—belong to Brandcore or its licensors.

This section does not apply to losses caused by Brandcore’s own unlawful conduct or negligence.

25. Force Majeure

Brandcore will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, transport disruption, courier interruption, telecommunications failure, government action, civil unrest, epidemics, or major technology outages.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and complete or cancel affected orders appropriately.

26. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, cancel an order, or restrict an account if we reasonably believe that a customer has:

• Violated these Terms

• Engaged in fraud or abuse

• Threatened website security

• Infringed another person’s rights

• Provided materially false information

• Repeatedly placed orders without accepting delivery

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

27. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute should first be raised with Brandcore so that both parties can attempt to resolve it in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the courts or competent consumer forum having jurisdiction in Karachi, Sindh, subject to any rights or jurisdiction that cannot legally be restricted.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

29. No Waiver

If Brandcore does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived the right to enforce it later.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any product-specific terms, form the agreement between you and Brandcore regarding website use and purchases.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, operations, website, service providers, or legal requirements.
